Egon von Greyerz: Silver Explosion US$650 Published on 7 Sep 2019 Meet Egon von Greyerz in person at the Gold & Alternative Investments Conference in Sydney this coming October 2019 Register Now: https://pmis.eventsair.com/gaic/ In this interview, Brian & Darryl Panes from As Good As Gold Australia speak with the legendary Egon von Greyerz who confirms the world is running on empty. Governments and Central Banks are panicking, having used up all their arsenal - massive money printing and hyperinflation lies ahead. Gold at US$10,000 per ounce is just a starting point, and property values to lose 95% of their value relative to Gold. Preservation of your wealth is vital, as we enter a period of extreme volatility and uncertainty where interest rates will set records and be at their lowest levels in 5,000 years. Brace yourself for the challenges ahead.
i'll outsource this next video to a coin shop owner interview in USA i'm 7 minutes in so hopefully i'll learn just a little bit more about coins and what they're really worth
@Shaddam IV & I notice that the JOTD thread contains 202 Pages of stuff, hopefully this thread can put the bandwidth to better use. _JLG.
@classic I'm 14 minutes in & I just had to pause the video to say thanks very much for posting it, it will be a valuable learning piece that we can point our friends to next time we talk to them about Precious Metals. Great find & I will be bookmarking this page. I got a shock to see the Pistol on the guy's hip in the shop. Aussies, I think will all be surprised to see that.
@JOHNLGALT .. and the land of the brave.... you’d have to he to try rob him faster than he can draw his gun haha On a serious note, I admire his candid passion and insight, the ID checks for .999 silver bars, the dimes doomsday preppers collect for the upcoming zombie apocalypse, counterfeits and of course the 70 year old average of coin collectors, maybe I’m doing something right hehe getting in a bit younger So for your time, I’ll leave you the latest trailer for the last Star Wars film of the 1-9 series.. I’m not sure how the new films go down with the older crowd but perhaps they’d prefer with their experience to get their hands on a darth Vader niue release haha. May the force be with you!!
"I’m not sure how the new films go down with the older crowd but perhaps they’d prefer with their experience to get their hands on a darth Vader niue release haha." Can't please everyone, got to please yourself. Ricky Nelson
JOHNLGALT, It is very common that coin shop owners are armed. All the dealers I know here have CCW licenses and carry concealed in their stores. The only "open carry" I see with respect to this is in pawn shops. Every pawn shop I deal with has fully armed workers utilizing open carry it seems. I personally don't like "open carry" in public for several reasons, but in a shop it is good not only for safety but as a deterrent. I have a CCW and I carry everyday. To many dangerous criminals in the US to take a chance, unless you live in someplace like Mayberry USA (from the Andy Griffith show). Even cell phone stores aren't safe. This clerk was quite proficient. Can't find the unedited video to post but you get the point. https://www.fox29.com/video/598807
"To many dangerous criminals in the US to take a chance, unless you live in someplace like Mayberry USA (from the Andy Griffith show)." Being an old fart myself, I can see why Mayberry Crims would be scared, they wouldn't want Opie surprising them while they were trying to rob someone, lol. Thanks for the explanation.
Possibly the most magnificent arrest of all time. The officers involved wouldn't forget that one. Extremely comical.
