I received an advertising email linked with my acorns accounts advertising BRICKX.

Is anyone with BRICKX or looking into it. I don't know what to make of it but might stick in a tiny bit and see what happens.

BRICKX has a built up diversified property portfolio. With $70-120 you can buy a brick or very small portion of one or several properties in the portfolio. (I think each property is divided into 10,000 'bricks')

Sounds like a good idea, but what would the real returns on your investment be like?

For what you pay for a BRICK haha...you would need a shit load for anything decent re' a realistic return...save you money and put into a Managed Fund, Super or Bonds.

    Cheers, HAPPY STACKING :)

Doing very well with a 3.5% ROI.

1x $140 brick has increased by an impressive $4 in 10 months. The monthly 30c rent dividend has kept me off the streets :)

Yes but the sarcasm font still hasn’t been added to acknowledge this.

Anyway, where else could one get more than 3.5% on just $144?

Would have assumed one would not want to put it into something that drops 50% in minutes.

Which one would you recommend and I’ll put $144 in

Well no recommendation on the crypto (lucky as BTC is down 40% since the recommendation request) but is nearly 11% ROI acceptable in your books?

I'd bet putting $144 AUD into BTC right now would yield a better return than BRICKX over the next 12 months.

Does your 3.5% factor in the 3.5% fee BrickX takes (1.75% on buying and selling).

Yeah bull shit, currently being offered at $150

Post a picture of the order book, where are the buyers sitting at?

3.5% round turn transaction costs, yikes.

Off you go and buy one for $150. Can only get that price if you’re buying 20. Lowest price for one is $161.

Lot of faith if you think it’ll have fully recovered and beaten my brick by then.

Post a picture of the orderbook

And why is there a minimum of 20 for that price?
