Thought he deserved his own thread.

This video is over a year old but is a good talk.

This guy has numerous truth bombs that are really distressing the far left.

That article was written from the perspective of someone that is emotionally compromised due to them having a transgender child.
The whole article was nothing more then assumptions and biased interpretations.

I'm more then happy to change my view on someone based on facts, but not on thoughts and feelings.

i would like to see that too.

He is the first person I've heard that I'm struggling to find issues with what he is saying. I always try to find flaws in peoples view, even if i agree with the direction they are going.

Trump is a perfect example of someone that i liked the direction he was heading, but he is flooded with flaws and contradictions. I even find flaws with stuff Roger Ver said ;)

You could try this, I haven’t listened to the whole lot.

And I’d better do a gratuitous plug for my fave, Jeffrey Tucker, while I’m at it. :p

Vin Armani's interview is similar to Joe Rogan's interview. I guess I'm more after a strong intellectual debate rather then someone interviewing him.

Such people as him do not need a perfect interviewer to express properly all his ideas. I agree though that sometimes there are unnecessary questions that only take time and don't shed light on what is important

So I'm reading the SMH on line now and an article re Jordan Peterson appears. I read it and accept it this opinion piece for what it is. Link below.

    https://www.smh.com.au/entertainmen...is-appeal-then-do-better-20190224-p50zv4.html

I get to the end of the article where it noted the author of piece... and I quote direct from the article.

"Simon Copland is a PHD student studying men's rights groups"

WTF is a PHD in men's rights groups???

I thought both men and women had the same rights but the ability to carry out certain tasks can be constrained due to biological differences between men and women... apart from that what's the diff and why does some safe space needing snowflake think he's going to achieve or add to the world's collective wisdom by spending two years studying this??

If I needed to attend a men's right group to work out my right and responsibilities in society as a man, then you'll find my knackers in a jar sitting on the fridge.

WTF is a PHD in men's rights groups???

    But it’s not a PhD in men’s rights groups, it’s a PhD.

    Good post SilverDJ.

Old mate... sorry valued citizen (of non descript gender I suppose) appears to have some interesting views. Lets hope he (sorry for the gender assumption) gets out of ANU and works out how the world actually works in real life. A dim hope and I suspect Simon will spend his entire life relying on gov't / academic funding to pursue more BS academic BS.

Omg I didn't even know that men's right groups exist. That's what I found in the DailyBeast:

"Men’s rights activists have been suing female-centric businesses for years, alleging discrimination against men."

Female-centric businesses? Come on, there are not many of them and I doubt if they are harmful for others

What are most PhD's in general?? The amount of garbage PhD projects I've come across really boggles my mind and not in a good way.

Jordan B Peterson has over a thousand acedemic citations of his psychology papers and research.

Google has a continuously updated record of citations of professors and scientists and researchers on one of its sites.

Well, his PhD likely isn't of much value anywhere else. If he's lucky he'll score a job as the Head of Diversity at some large organisation for a few years until they have to cut staff and then he'll be the first to go.
