im thinking if call seller listing coin not on cate - coin, shou l d be wo rki ng such as listing on cloth, but title still coin just catelog change
Yep, seems they've finally clued on and put a stop to all of it Bullion is a sub section of Coins, so by making Coins exempt it means all sub sections below are now too Ah well, we had a good run
If anyone is interested I have a part Lunar set listed ... 2008-2016 from Mouse to Monkey with a brand new presentation case (10% discount can be applied) https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/122973986759?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649
Aren't we all? I always seem to miss out on the 10% off days Here's a link to what is currently available (heaps of different discounts) but only PICK5 is site wide. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/ebay.com.au
The only issue with listing things erroneously is that if someone happens to report it I think you can get in trouble? IDK though, I've never sold anything on feebay
That is correct, you couldn't list silver in clothing for instance. But this item is not listed erroneously, the set is a collectable and all pieces are various animals. Ebay also allows you to list the same item in two different categories at the same time as long as they're applicable.
Ah I see. So if you can ask the seller, sometimes there's still wiggle room on the discounts for the shiny stuff.
It would depend entirely on the item... vintage silver items, say from the 70's or earlier should be okay listed under antiques, then there are the jewellery categories where a variety of gold and silver jewellery items can be listed, including scrap. You might not necessarily be able to buy plain bullion but there should still be a few other ways to pick up a deal on some shiny stuff.
What happens if I want to buy an airtite that happens to attract say about an ounce of silver in premium?
Did anyone else lose the "sell on Sunday for $1" status? Back to 10.9% in fees, almost worthless to advertise there now?
Had it for a while and then, just like that, they cut it. Tip, put the items on for 30 days because you never know when you are going to get the chop. Big massive difference in selling fees now. Cheers.
Lucky you. Just think, if you sold that box of series 2 lunars for $450 they would take $50 + PayPal.....
