    Hi All,

I recently purchased a 1oz platinum bar last year when the price of platinum dipped from a Perth Mint listed bullion dealer in Australia. I was initially after a Perth mint coin, but opted with Suisse bar as the dealer only had those in stock. All the PAMP Suisse Platinum bars I have seen have the lady Fortuna on one side and the PAMP logo on the other side with the serial number. But the bar I received has SUISSE written diagonally several time across the face of the bar instead of Lady Fortuna. I tried to search online but could not find this version of a bar (Photos attached).

Has anyone seen this bar before? I bought it from a big Australian retailer and I haven't received any reply from them when I queried the version and model of this bar.

    Thanks.

Take a photo of the side. Also I've never seen that design.

Thanks Jim4silver. I think the Veriscan is only available for new products. My bar assay card does not have a QR code on it

Are you in Perth. I can test it for you.
If not just go to a bullion company or good jewllers and they will test it for you (usually for free) by XRF

Unfortunately I am in Melbourne. Thanks for offering to test it for me. I will check if one on the local dealers can do it for me

nothing to suggest they are not real
from the pictures, they look good
if you buy from a dealer, most likely they are good
    serial number looks authentically printed
its not a Fortuna bar, PAMP has many design
if you compared to a similar silver bar from PAMP, it should be a bit smaller / thinner

Goldstackers have tested anything that I bring in for free, then again I do buy from them.

They seem to be nice people.

completely off-topic, but wow that has to be one of the ugliest design patterns I have seen for a minted bar.
