AE1B7FFE-A84A-48B4-9694-FDEEB2A75B8C.png Looks like they’ll only accept bank deposits through POLi.

They've never accepted direct bank deposits afaik, although BPAY is more or less the same thing I guess

The quickest way to deposit into Coinspot right now would be cash deposit at a participating newsagent

Just sifting through twitter I see a few more things worth mentioning

    - They are looking at possibly increasing the 5k deposit/exchange limit, but it looks like only for major cap coins
    - They have hired 40+ people to try and speed up new registrations

It's quite funny reading through twitter. I can't believe how many people bitch and moan about fees. Most people who have half a clue are basically printing money at the moment yet crying over a few extra dollars in fees is their problem. Laughable, although I assume they are mostly very new and raw to crypto - well at least I hope they are :D

Have you seen how many people bitch and moan about eBay?

Lol. Entitleist mentality. They could always start their own exchange.

Awesome - seems to be back in business then. BPAY it is. A bit of a delay - but will probably prevent me buying something silly with the green goggles on and wait a couple of days till theres some pumping over. I appreciate they have higher fees than some exchanges - but very convenient platform with many good alt coin options so no complaints from me. Clearly they have been over-run with local interest since Xmas - pretty hard for a business to adapt in such rapid time with need to train staff etc. Good on them for trying to keep up. Good to support a local business down under too.

yeah i guess its growing pains. I doubt anyone expected the influx of registrations that happened .But in saying that i got registered & verified on btcmarkets so its not impossible to deal with if you DWIT (do what it takes) to get the job done. Im sure they had the same amount of registrations. You can get a passport faster than you can get verified there.
For example btc markets were sending a confirmation email when your bpay was in your account so they stopped sending emails to speed up the process. sometimes you need to adapt fast to get the job done

Some new coins added to Coinspot

Yeah their prices are juiced, but some of these coins aren't available on Binance etc and only on shitty exchanges so it's nice that Coinspot now has them

VeChain, Dragonchain, Dent, Po.et, Simple Token and Horizon State all added

    Gullintanni,
You pay for convenience, If you want lower prices go to GDAX and buy there with the limited range also offered by many trading exchanges.

Coinspot is easy and convenient as is Coinbase with its llimited supply.
I started with CS because it offered instand PoliP. BTCMarkets offered POLI but not instant.

I still use CS but now mainly simply trading coins with instant ease. No stress!

Not many exchanges offer the variey and ease of transactions offered by Coinspot.

Go to Changelly.com, Shapeshift.io, Kucoin etc. For the novice user they can be quite challenging. Coinspot simple instant and easy.

One pays for the privilege of an instant stress free transaction.

I do not know of another exchange that offers that convenience and over the past 6 months I have played on many exchanges.

    Changelly very slow
Shapeshift faster than Changelly but still slow.
Kucoin more complex than both above but quicker.
Poloniex similar to Chang and Shape
    Coinspot INSTANT lightning fast!

I will continue to use Coinspot (and others only when I cannot find the coins I want on CS).

So coinspot has disabled the ability for me to send my Eos out of my wallet there. All seems a bit dodgy. But by doing this means won’t be able to register tokens for the airdrop later this month. Anyone have any idea what’s going on? Has me concerned they either don’t have the tokens or are acting dishonestly.

    Everything looks fine to me

    What exactly happened?

Yesterday there might have been some issues because of Binance being down but everything seems fine now

Remember, when you send EOS out of Coinspot you need to subtract the fee from the amount you're sending

CoinSpot has recently reduced their fees which is good to see

They've also (finally) given us an ETH wallet so you can send in all ERC20 coins/tokens into Coinspot, which is awesome
