    Why does that surprise you? I have sold a bronze medallion from the same time period for $3000 before and mine was raw

    Those real and china OLD medal seldom exist in ebay surprise me.

    some old medallions are worth a huge amount of money, the hard part is finding someone with the money to pay for them which is why most the time they don't sell on ebay but rather at high end coin dealers or auction houses

    It is common that the same item by different sellers one can get it sell easily and another did not. BAD reputation and no customer bases also the reasons of not selling of then other seller.

    Getting a right buyer and right seller at right timing is not easy.
