These are lovely pandas iam late but i could get 2 copper and iam curious to see them in silver 2 oz would be nice .
Not likely to see any 60 g silver in market within thus week. Sold out. dealers & collectors are sending for grading. 300g silver still available but price has went up a lot. Anyone keen on 300 g silver can pm me.
Personally I do not like the trigo panda. However, many love it and sell well. One whole set except the brass and gold silver gilded will release in ebay for sell soon. At this moment, one omp 60 g silver is listed in ebay by us.
It appears that the Trigo medals are popular. I saw another video on YouTube in which there were several of the large silver version in the hands of collectors and being prepared to go off to be graded and slabbed.
I will sell all mine. I left 3 big 300 silver, 2 60 g silver, 1 70 mm and 1 40 mm. I do not have the 40 mm brass. Someone in china insisted of the organisor in Malaysia make a secret deal at behind and will sell it at very high price soon
This is the only one struck by the Shenyang Mint. There is also a souvenir folder that includes a Malaysian banknote with this show medal.
There is 3 types one with slab, 1 with card without note and one with card & note. I have 2 types without note. Just get in for fun. I prefer this than the panda. Many big dealers and mint run out of ideas and keep minting panda. On TOP of it following the trimetallic medal of Nanjing mints lol. It is such a compliment to us.
Finally found some time to take some photos to share here of my collection. I have 5 out of the 6. I am missing the gold gilded silver (unlikely will be able to get it as the mintage of this is only 2).

I love it because it is the FIRST panda medal for my country. Hope there will be a second, third and many many more money shows in Malaysia and for each show, there's a new panda medal issued.
This show was mainly for dealers and size is very small. There always room to improve especially Malaysia market is big as comparing to Singapore. However, it yet to achieve the international network and limit more on paper note and especially Malaysia note. The sponsors mainly are China Mints for reason LOL. I cannot tell you in forum which might lead to defamation law suit.
My Trigos Pandas and some owned by Silver Forum members have been accepted for grading by NGC and it will be interesting to see how they turn out. Members have submitted a few of the 70mm Copper ones and I submitted a 300g Silver and a couple of small copper ones. I think that these will look particularly good in the large NGC holders.
I didn't go nuts with these but at least i got two of the small copper ones and i think they are really nice in hand. They also came with a pouch and a display stand (not that i would take them out of omp but still very nice). If you can get one of these for a reasonable price i'd say go for it.
Hi Numictscker........ it is 70 more than 69. Grading results does not means quality in my dictionary. Check 1983 brass panda and 1982 gold panda coin. Many real life examples.
The 666 mintage 40 mm is really a good buy and entry for non fiat. I will post a photo here after I sold my balance of all items. I am busy with my new webpage which yet to get time to list the Trigo till now. I sold a lot of the 60 g and 300 g & the big 70 mm
