I hope so, there's family US shares I'd like to profit take and turn into BAE shares when the GBP cross rates get better. I just hope CommSec let's you do cross rates add I'm not USD/AUD cash and then into AUD/GBP plus brokerage, not my money but I want the family not to get screwed twice on the exchange.
That call was bloody close to the turn......the rate of climb was the issue. I was about 9 months out on breaking the 100 mark. It has broken and retested the 100. Ignore it at your own peril. There are a lot of forums littered with the dollar and dow to zero gang that were dead wrong.
Problem is cross rates, Chinese don't have another surprise devaluation in them, the yen has done is thing, the euro is going to gain in the pound and you watch the the tide go out on bonds and equities when they finally get dow 20k, where do you go from there? Nobody knows... Which a stronger dollar will play with like a rag doll too. Cable is a chance. I kiss the technicals look good, but there's not though macro push I don't think for anything big and long term. Maybe I'm just not feeling it... I'm rooting for it, really, DXY at 1.15 would solve a few trading problems. But the longer I wait the less confident I am. Having said that I wouldn't put my money against tolly any day, or finicky, or caput or even Leon.

It's good to look at several different time periods when watching something. Here's the yearly now. Lower high and lower low starting to form. Leon might come out of the woodwork soon.
I said 12 months of no predictions.....I have about 9 months left... This U.S. dollar seems to be locked in pretty tight....not really up or down by much... I was expecting a big rise soon......lucky I don't put money where my mouth is or I would be on Skid Row.
I don't mind leon's posts. He is respectful to me and as such I have no cause to be critical of his posts. I might not agree with them all the time but I still keep an open mind.
