Strange, probably fake platinum bars

Some random guy offered me platinum bars, they look fake as hell to me. Supposedly they weight 1kilo.

Anyone ever seen something like this? To me this looks like something from alibaba.

I bought one of those precious metal machines that have a "bullion" wand attachment. That means I can confirm anything (everything) I buy, and it checks deep into the coin/bar. It has a Platinum setting, but I don't think it can differentiate that from palladium due to very similar electromagnetic properties.

 

Is that a bit of platinum plating coming off between the T and I?

 

What's with three serial numbers? Does it come with three certificates?
