    Well done Mr Gold Pelican!. You've done a great job. I never went back Kitco once things rolling here with the handful of others whom fled also. Australian centric is preferable also.

    :) Ma'am!!! (or should I say Madam? :p ). I fully acknowledge and recognise that there are members of the fairer sex on this forum. My suggestion that the sites appeal might be the lack of "ladies", was not an insinuation that the female members of the forum were not all "prim and proper" representatives of the opposite sex. I merely used the term genericly as a reference to the female gender.

    As an aside, I still enjoy a beer or two in the public bar which allows ALL women to drink, BUT "ladies" strongly prefer (and are encouraged) to sip their shandies in the lounge. :lol:

    thanks to my nonsense controversial aluminium and isotopic threads (where i also threw spuds over to perth mint) half of the kitco members gawked, and there is no question my epic fail fishing thread drew some bites

    my fishing thread responsible for 30%
    goldpelican responsible for 20%
    auspm responsible for 10%
    shiney responsible for 10%
    Yippe-Ki-Ya responsible for 10%
    THUCY responsible for 10%
    everyone else responsible for 10%

    with general gone shouldn't be hard to reach top 100 in aussie... would also help to remove nonsense threads... visitors don't like crap when coming from google... first impressions lasts

    its all about quick easy info and opinions thats to the point

    congrats goldpelican for reaching top 1000 with little ads and forum layout
