    Hi amigos,

What do you think are fair prices for 2014 proof Libertads, 1/10, 1/4, 1/2 and 1 oz?

    Also graded (69 or 70)?

    Thanks!

Btw, what happened with 2016 gold Libertads?

    My guess is

    1/10th $295-$395
    1/4 $600 - $700 raw $630-$730 PF69 $800-$1200 PF70
    1/2 $1,400 to $1,800
    1oz $2,500 to $3,000

That makes the set about $5000 to $5500 at the moment. TBH this could even be an underestimate. There are 250 coins of the 1/20,1/10,1/2 and 1oz and 350 of the 1/4oz

I have 1 x 2014 set and 3 x PF69 and 2 x PF70's though no plans to see right now - on the other hand if the right offer came along...

Have a look at eBay sold prices?

Thank you both for the info. Much appreciated!

@Altima: yes, I checked. But I wanted to hear opinion from forum members.

It seems that for 2016 they aren't out yet.

In the past I focused too much on the silver. I think gold proof Libertads are good choice. Only mintage numbers or lack of info are a little bit strange.

For the proof gold there is nothing strange as all the mintage numbers are known and there is no issues that I am aware of. Is there anything you need to know?

eBAY sold prices generally go back about 3 months and there are so few 2014's that they are not reliable.

All the mintage numbers I found so far only have info for gold proofs that aren't part of some set. Since some year on there were gold proof sets with mintage around 500. I don't know if they actually minted every year all sets, but I think that actual mintage number is therefore higher.

I posted in some other post YT video from some guy who mentions mintage numbers for gold proofs in the beginning of his video.
