Patented technology Nanjing MINT .999 silver NOTE recognize BY PMG

Nanjing MINT solid .999 silver notes with Patented Technology is recognising by TPG. PMG is the prominent note grading TPG in USA who is alliance with NGC if not wrong.

As at today, PMG only recognise 2 government printers : CIGC and Nanjing Mint for their silver note.

CIGC silver note mintage always at 50,000 to 100,000 mintage and treat as gift during festive season in china and distribute and sell the note through bank and well established distributor network. Thus, the mintage is so high with higher selling price due to high cost in distribution channels. Generally, the price is 1.5 times higher than Nanjing Mints with 10 times higher mintage.

There are also a lot private mint silver notes with high and low mintage available in china as festive gift with much lower price than CIGC and Nanjing mint BUT it without quality assurance and yet and hard to recognise by PMG.

Silver Notes of Nanjing Mint is newly developed item from them. Nanjing is government minting company who selling note printing machine, printing RMB, minting circulating coins and medals.

Currently, they develop 2 series silver note ( Lunar and endanger animal) using the high relief patented technology. The first lunar is monkey 2016 with 2 variety color and no color 5 g silver with Mintage 5000 in total. The first endanger animal note is panda with 3 variety, color, non color and 2 sides 3 D with 3,000 mintage. As at now, monkey lunar and panda are not fully minted. Monkey minted around 3,500 and panda around 1,200. As collector actual mint is only for reference. Planned mintage is the final because the mint has right to mint till full planned mintage.

Nanjing Mint has start the design and minting of the second years of lunar rooster. It is the same with 2 variety of color and non color version with combine/total mintage of 3K which is lower than the first lunar monkey 5 K mintage. They would like to promote the silver note as collector item rather than festive gift. Therefore, they did a lot background job of getting patented technology to print the silver note (the only printing company in china with Patented technology in silver note printing) and getting the prominent NOTE TPG company PMG to recognise their note in order to outshine other competitors. The reduce mintage of rooster silver note even monkey has sold 3500 in 2016 is aiming to convey the message to public it is collectible item instead of festive gift. They still try to maintain the low cost despite the higher silver spot as compare to minting period of panda and monkey note.

The rooster note will be ready in 3 weeks if not delay at mint. the first batch 600 pcs minted. left 150 pcs for sell. The second batch will likely ready 1 or 2 weeks before Chinese New year 2017 which fall in end Jan 17.
