There is a new $5 note to be released in Australia the 1st day of spring. 1st September to commemorate the 50th year of decimal currency. He buys the $2 sheets from here: http://www.moneyfactorystore.gov/2currencysheetsbeptestsheet.aspx Then has the bound into a pad and perforated. That's where his 'printer' comes in. So they are actually legal tender from the government.
