I was wondering if anyone knew if these coins are worth getting? I have the chance to get a handful of these in Year of the Rat and Year of the Pig for $35 to $40 (proof is higher). Bought all he had.... Got him to $30 on the BU's and $35 on the proof ones. I have a feeling I'll be holding on to these for a bit, not much interest in them locally I am guessing. Maybe ebay them? I got proof and bu year of the rat and bu and proof year of the pig. Not the coolest looking coins but seem to have a bit of modern rarity I guess. Not many places seem to sell them it seems. I think you got a great deal. I really like these coins. I've been looking for a 2006 Year of the Dog for a while but rarely available here and they're usually expensive.
