Chart looking good - should be in for a reasonable rise in metals from here (PS if you understand the thread title you are getting old)
I still remember watching the jack and the beanstalk episode when the big goose drops the egg on them
The Goodies....my favourite episodes were .."Bun fight at the O.K. Tea Rooms" and "Goodies Rule, OK"..that is the one where the store dummies are voted in to Parliament and introduce "Mirth Inspectors", only later to be thrown out to make way for Sooty to become Prime Minister.
Chart Update - still looking the goods at this stage... and coming into the pointy end of a new little setup. Next few days will be quite interesting Where will the money flow??
As expected... the silver game is starting to get VERY interesting! Hasn't broken yet, but looking strong.
I'm waiting for kitten Kong to show up, I think we might finally see it soon in both metals. BTC leads the way but you have FUD inducing fork at the same time as Chinese credit bubble pops and TA sets up nicely. I know I've said this before, but I really like the slow grind up. The fact that there was no smackdown as retail sought safety in the white stuff as well as yellow for the 3 day weekend and open interest is doing really well on the king side is heartening. We've all been left at the altar once too many times before, but the wheels are coming off.
Hmmmm, well silver held its price over the weekend, and appears to be s-l-o-w-l-y creeping upwards; but with all the hedging behind the scenes I feel that this is just a bit of burley, a sniff of the goods via heavy marketing, but with no product to sell. Of course, I could be wrong; but I don't think I'll be holding my breath on this!
It is probably too early to say anything really. Precious metal always moves up and down in terms of spot price. Unless the physical demand has touched the bottom line of the physical demand, it could just be another short term paper manipulation.
