    anybody got any up to date info on how to send bullion by Post Office package?
    i used to use Platinum Express ... used to cost around $20 to send up to 3kg.

    What/how do you people send bullion nowadays?

    back from Australia Post, and the staff there have given the following prices for shipping (11.10.16) -

    x1 round/coin (+ packing wrap is under 100g)
    regular = $7
    express = $10.85
    registered = $8.50 + $2.95
    platinum = not available

    x1 roll (20 coins + packing wrap is about 900g) up to 3kg:
    express = $15.65
    registered = $13.80 + 2.95
    platinum = $20.90

    I searched the forum here, but wasn't able to find any set info regarding this.
    So is this what everyone here expects for shipping costs?
    If not, what do you advise? Are there any other options?

    Stick up to three single coins in a PO CD envelope and it will cost you $2.

    Is this thread relevant any more?

    It's a "Sticky" so if we don't need it I'll either remove it or just unstick it.
