A 2000 $1. MoR BRINKS roll is selling on Ebay.

    Current bid is $937.77

With 15 hours to go, this is likely to be a $1,000.+ roll of $1. coins !!

I'm thinking, the high bidders are taking the 'gamble', there will be an UNC mule in there ?? ( would be worth around $4-5,000. )

That and the fact a 2000 $1 in unc has a high book value.
however Almost $1k for a roll is more than I would pay!

    Interesting ....

More and more cases of 'privately rolled' appearing ?

    No further bidders ...

    Sold for $937.77

I bid on a dozen of the Seller's other rolls ...

    Can't believe I picked up 2006 50 cent & 10 cent rolls ( F/V of $14. ) for just $10.50 !!
