Need something like this: Plus removing government-mandated fiat currency monopoly in favour of sound money.
From my brief skimming of the article fiatphoney linked to, I'd say Hudson would be opposed to most forms of sound money and any loss of the government's monopoly on the circulation of money as he wouldn't see a legitimate role for banks or for that matter any other corporation in issuing private money.
Nice post. Do you have anything else you'd like to say about me? Or would you maybe like to post an opinion or reasoned argument about the topic instead? I can start an "mmm....shiney!" thread for you if you like, then you can post your inane memes all day but still remain on topic.  We need a blows kisses smiley on this forum.
Post about the topic - you don't even read the topic before you prance through riding your unicorn. YELL : THAT'S NOT LIBERTARIAN!!! Yet your goal is to turn every thread into la la Libertarian launchpad, look at moi, look at moi. "I can start an "mmm....shiney!" thread for you if you like" - Every thread becomes the "mmm....shiney!" thread anyway, so no need. And when things don't go your way you stage yourself to go into a fit, and manage to get whole threads deleted. How many people can't be bothered posting at silverstackers because of the rainbow unicorn poop you deposit everywhere? Here's an idea for the mod's, if there is a libertarian answer to a topic, get mmm to write it in his own Libertarian thread.
Nice rant fiatphoney. Struggling to see any mention of la la libertarianism in any of my posts above. :/ Maybe instead of ad hominem, you could try logic. Here's kisses at you pumpkin.
It's hardly a rant when it couldn't be more truthful in fact I bet there would be many on here that would say that's the best post they have seen for a long time!! Just saying! And before you say anything don't try and force your values on to me!
@fiatphoney, like I said before: @gingham, like i said before: Kisses to both of you princesses.
@ JulieW, but despite what Hudson maintains, it's not a free-market. Despite what Hudson maintains there is government regulation. Despite what Hudson maintains there is no 1% running the world. Despite what Hudson maintains free market economics is not "blame-the-victim" economics. I think it's timely to remind all from Murray Rothbard:
Seriously? That's not a libertarian comment. Libertarianism has no position upon which economic structure should be adopted, only recommendations. You should know that by now. That comment was an Austrian Economics comment. You should also know that.
Please feel free to start one...I'm betting the thread we will get deleted within 48 hrs due to censoring!
I can't help the feeling that you read until you reach a word you have strong beliefs about, and then stop reading. As a fellow 1% er, I think we're not running the world very well, or equitably, despite the occasional free meal or unwarranted tip we bestow.
