Off-topic, but I've read that individuals in Russia can't sell silver bars to other individuals -- only to banks. Is this true? How about if one were to sell Russian silver bars to overseas buyers?
Here in Bosnia, we have customs taxes 45%, so I am forced to order small packages containing only 2-3 coins, so they dont get opened by customs. I would love to have some 10oz coins, or 10oz bars, but dont want to pay 45% more in tax.....
