How long do you give a seller to make it right?

    This tread needs an update and it ain;t pretty.
    After sorting out the initial confussion it was agrred that I would post the coins on Tuesday, whick I did and that I refund would be provided.
    I checked the bank today, no refund so I contacted the seller.
    I got some story about probles with their account and that they would deposit HALF of MY MONEY back into my account accoss the counter today and the other half later.
    The seller then had a gaul to say that they thought that was FAIR!     :mad:
    I don't bloody think so. I've sent back the coins you refund the money mate. Thats how trades are done and undone around here. You don't hold onto peoples money when you owe them a refund, thats not how business is done.
    I have showed a lot of patients in this transaction but this is the last straw.
    I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED IN FULL!!!!!!I've been jacked around and have already sent the coins back so how the turtle am I to trust this guy when i'm going to get the other half of MY MONEY back, and when exactley is that gonna happen, when he feels like it?
    This is bullshit and I am disgusted with the seller. I have never had such a load of crappy excuses and poor business practices go into a trade befor, and so that it doesn't happen again I'll make dam sure I dont trade with this time waster and crappy seller ever again!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

    Should have sent back half the coin now and the other half when you got the money in full.

    Sounds like a name and shame event to me. That wold be fair.

    I'll agree on this. If there's proof to back up what's happened, this is a community service warning other buyers.

    I vote for a name and shame for sure.

    This thread has been going on for ages .. the seller has had ample opportunity to make it right one way or another.

    I, for one, want to know who this person is, so that I dont make the same mistake you have. Seems a lot of others here are feeling the same way.

    SS is more than a faceless buying/selling forum. There is an element of trust (that when funds are transferred, item will arrive in the post or the seller fronts at a pre arranged F2F spot).

    Pity if everyone starts to have doubts.

    fear = mistrust that a stranger will send the goods once you have paid.

    Panic = the stranger refuses to post the paid goods or return your money.
